Teresa Monck

If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.

Teresa Joy Monck (nee Blackmore) – suddenly on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. It is with great sorrow we announce the unexpected passing of Teresa, in her 53rd year, who resided in Hamilton Ont. She was greatly loved and now sadly missed by her husband, Jason. She was a loving mother to her daughters, Jordan (Luiz) and Maddison. Extra special and adored daughter of Brenda and Joel Blackmore and sister to her loving brothers Joel (Brigitte) and James (Lisa) Blackmore.  Also loved, and greatly missed by the Monck family brothers and sisters: Susan (Dave) Lilley, Ellen (Ryan) Bowering, Bruce Monck, Alison (Chris) Benoit, Stewart Monck and Laura (John) Bryan. Fondly remembered by her aunts and uncles and her many nieces and nephews. Special niece and best friend of aunt Hope (Brian) Harms. A private family burial will take place at a later time. Our hearts are broken at this time; however, we will be having a Celebration of Teresa’s life on Saturday, February 24, at the Glencoe Agricultural Hall, 268 Currie St. Glencoe ON, from 1:00pm until 5:00pm with words of remembrance at 2:30pm. If you wish to do so, we are inviting friends to share fond memories of Teresa at an open mic throughout the service. Memorial donations may be made to Conservation Halton.
