At Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Sunday August 24, 2025 , Al Hartford passed away at the age of 94. Predeceased by his wife Gert. Survived by his son Bill (Karin Goods) Hartford of Melbourne and his daughter Jo-Anne (John) Stec of Mt. Brydges. Also survived by his grandchildren Shawn and Sheri . Al will be missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family. Following Al’s wishes cremation has taken place and interment will be held at Stone’s Cemetery, Percy Ontario. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Glencoe Legion Branch #219 Tuesday, October 7th from 1-4pm.

She was well known for her hospitality and home cooked meals. She always put others before herself, never wanting to be the centre of attention, a humble quiet soul, who will be deeply missed by all.
