Peter Campbell

At St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia on January 12, 2026, Peter John Campbell passed away in his 85th  year. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Westgate). Dear uncle of John (Brenda) Smith, Susan (Bob) MacDougall, Kim (Craig), Rick (Stacey), Johnny (Missy), and Angela (Michael). Brother-in-law to Kathryn Westgate. Great uncle to Regan (Angela) , Jordan, Joe (Morgan), Brandyn (Nichole) , Dustin (Mae) , Troy (Melanie), Brendan, Caeli (Dan), Dylan , Connor, Hayden, Ramsey, Michael, Laura (Nick), Carter, William and Charlotte. Special great-great uncle to 10 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William and Margaret (Nee McAlpine) Campbell and sister Florence (Roy) Smith. Peter’s family would like to give a special thank you for the wonderful care and support at the St. Joseph’s Hospice and at Brookside Retirement Living. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Shiloh Inwood United Church, 3211 Inwood Road, Inwood with a private interment at Alvinston Cemetery. Patricia Erdodi

At her home in St. Thomas ON, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Patricia “Pat” Anne Erdodi passed away suddenly in her 78th year. Daughter of the late J. Stewart  and Elsie (Marko) Coad. Beloved wife of Al.  Dear sister of Donna (Dave) Carruthers and the late Gary (Elsie) Coad. Aunt of Steve (Shanna) Coad, Lisa (Nor) Hassan, Brent and Robert Carruthers.  Pat will be missed my many cousins from the Coad and Marko families.  Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe. Peacefully at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Margaret “Jean” McAllister passed away in her 83rd year. Predeceased by her partner Gordon Empey (2013). Mother to Susanne, Patty, Jackie, and the late Billy. Jean will be missed by her family, friends and loved ones. Red Noble

At St. Joseph’s Hospice, London on Thursday, December 25, 2025, Redvers Albert “Red” Noble of Melbourne passed away in his 76th year. Son of the late Red and Sally Noble. Predeceased by his wife Ella.  Beloved father of  Red (Jen) Noble and grandfather of Wyatt.  Dear brother of the late Lucille (Alec) McColl, Cindy-Lu (Norm) Snelgrove, the late Veronica (late Don) Eames, the late Joan Noble, Terri (late Mike) Ruddy, the late Robert Noble, Mary (Karl) Kettler, late Paul  Noble and Sara (Rob) Beaupre. Jean Noon

Peacefully and surrounded by her family at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury, on December 9th, 2025 , Jean Helen Noon passed away in her 85th year. Predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Terry Noon (2020).  Beloved mother to Kevin (Pam) Noon of Sarnia, Angela (Dan) Perry of Delhi, Michelle (Rick) Dundas of Sarnia and Robyn (Ryan) Wilkie of Wardsville. Dear grandmother to Kyle (Lauren), Melissa, Tyler (Katerina), Jordan (Nicole), Matthew (Brittany), Amanda, Tessa, and Piper and great grandmother  to Emilia, Cameron, Wyatt, Morgan, Claire, Autumn, Nolan, and Olivia. Survived by her sister-in-law, best friend Patricia Noon and many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her parents Reggie and Nelly Hall and her brothers Allan and Brian. Jean enjoyed spending time working on her jigsaw puzzles and watching her favourite TV shows. She adored her family and cherished every moment shared with them. Don Webster

Peacefully at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury, on Friday, December 5, 2025 Donald Miller Webster passed away in his 97th year. Predeceased by his wife Leona (Fisher) (2017). Beloved Father of Janet (Brian) Watson and Margie (Pierre) Bernard.  Dear “Papa” of Christa (Randy) Cosyns, Kara (Brent) Jackson, Dan (Kim) Watson and Tim Zavitz. “Papa Don” to Kenzi, Eilee and Max Watson, Eve and Cale Jackson, Preston, Owen and Elinor Zavitz. Fondly remembered by Correy, Carter and Jordan, Jason and Julie Bernard, many nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law Marlene Fisher and Donna Fisher.  Predeceased by his brother Kenneth Webster.  Don was a lifelong community man in the village of Glencoe. He barbered on Main street from the young age of 18 and retired at 93. Many will remember him for his musical talent. He played the saxophone at countless dances, played the pipes in many parades, Highland Games and other events. Historically he was a pilot, it was always his passion. He could look at any plane and tell you exactly what it was. Don will be missed for his sense of humour and all his memories of years gone by that he loved to share.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th from 2-4 & 6-8. p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th at 11 a.m.  Cremation with inurnment at Oakland Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to Four Counties Health Services Foundation or Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Glencoe

Stella Mahovlich

It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Stella Mildred (Murphy) Mahovlich announce her peaceful passing on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the age of 94 years.  She was predeceased by Charlie, her husband of 39 years, her daughter Lorrie, her grandson Joshua, her granddaughter Rachael, her sons-in-law Paul and Wayne, her sisters Evelyn, Jean, Mary and Vernetta and her brothers Clyde and Laurence.  Stella lived her entire adult life in Newbury and spent most of her working life at Four Counties General Hospital.  She raised 6 children; Linda (late Paul) DeBryune, late Lorrie (late Wayne) Abbott, Chris, Valerie (Jim), Trudy and Vicky (Allan) Fletcher and set a strong example of hard work, the importance of family, generosity and laughter.  Her example lives on in her 12 remaining grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and her great-great-granddaughter.  She is survived by her 2 sisters Joyce Wallis and Vivian Wright and special niece Gail Cassidy.  Stella’s spirit and humour earned her many friends at Strathmere Lodge where she lived the last 3 years. She will be missed by all who knew her and remembered at Van Heck Funeral Home, Glencoe.  Visitation will be Wednesday December 3 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 4th at 11 a.m.  Rev. Canon Nick Wells officiating. Bryan Nelson

After a long and courageous battle with cancer at his home in Glencoe, Bryan Robert Nelson passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025 in his 79th year. Loving and devoted partner to Shirley Young. Dear father to Rhoni (Aaron) and Rick (Cynthia) of Alberta who were able to be with Bryan for his final journey. Grandpa to Victoria and Justin and great-grandpa to Griffin, Isabel and Hazel. Bryan will be missed by Shirley’s family; Terri (Kevin) Pitt, Ryan, Matt, Ally (Kyle)  and  Sheri (Jamie) Squire, Shane, Morgan (Dalton) , Melissa (Logan), Cole , Jesse (Ashley) Jayden, Lily. Bryan was a retired Local 488 Edmonton Pipefitter and worked in the oil sands for many years. His greatest passion was golfing, he could always be found at the Wardsville Golf Course. Following Bryan’s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family graveside will be held at Oakland Cemetery, Glencoe. A Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 29th from 1-4p.m. at the Wardsville Golf Course. A special thank-you to Bryan’s care co-ordinator Briana and Ontario Health at Home.
