Peacefully at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Thursday, January 4, 2024. Wendy Lynn (Richmond) McCready of Newbury passed away in her 65th year. Beloved wife of Garry. Dear mother of Tonya McCready (Cam Russell), Cassy McCready (P. J. Ward), Roxanne McCready (Ben Gould) and Nikita McCready (Colin Howard). Loved by her grandchildren Jayden and Joshua Gould, Wyatt McCready and Paisley McCready-Howard. Also survived by her siblings Jim Richmond (Debbie), David Richmond (Laine), Cindy Harris (Clyde) and Linda Morningstar (Al) and her nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by her Chosen family. Predeceased by her parents James and Katherine Richmond. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Newbury Legion on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 1-5 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Four Counties Health Services Palliative Care.

I am writing this letter to thank all the housekeeping, kitchen, nursing staff and facilities manager. These people are so kind and caring. They make you feel proud of your little world.
The rooms were in great shape, shining. You all need to stand-up and take a bow. To the nursing staff, it’s nice to have people who watch your back and take that extra step when you cannot. I think it is because you earn their trust. You all deserve a standing ovation. Thank you all for what you did for me. P.S. If people would like to make a donation feel free, this would be the place.
