On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Norman Frederick Simpson of Glencoe passed away suddenly at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury, at the age of 73. Norm was a hard-working and dedicated man, known for his passion for autos and racing, which brought him joy throughout his life. He also served his community with devotion, volunteering for 25 years with the fire department. Norm was beloved for his sense of humour, which brightened the lives of everyone around him. Norm was a loving father who cherished his children, Kyle (Becky), Troy (Wandee) and Anna (Tony). He adored his grandchildren, Lauren, Will, and Maxwell, who brought light to his life. Norm is also survived by his siblings, Rob (Mirah), Brian (Joanna) and Sheila (Stan), as well as many nieces, nephews, their families and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Doug and Edna Simpson. In keeping with Norm’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a family graveside service will be held at Tyrconnell Cemetery, Wallacetown. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Four Counties Health Services Foundation.
