At Four Counties Health Services on Thursday, April 24, 2014, Dorothy Berthiaume of Glencoe and formerly of Euphemia Twp. passed away in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Maurice. Dear mother of Maurice “Moe” and his wife Barbara Paluch-Berthiaume. Loving grandmother of Robert. Survived by 2 brothers, Gunter and Horst Vollinger of Germany as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one brother Robert. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. (Monday 9:30 to 10 a.m.) Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Charles Garnier Church, 244 Stella Ave., Glencoe on Monday, April 28 at 10:30 a.m. Rev. D. Matthew Bedard officiating. Interment to follow at St. Ignatius Cemetery, Bothwell. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
