At London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, Ronald Noel Leatherland of Glencoe passed away in his 83rd year. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary and his siblings; James, Claudine, Alex, Jeffery, Margaret, Kenny, Moira, John and Sheila. Ron was also predeceased by his first wife Margaret May. Survived by his common law wife Vera Dymus and his 2 sons, Michael (Cindy) and Chad (Erin), his grandchildren Samantha and Jacob and great-grandchildren Bowie, Boston and Bliss and his sister Carolyn. A Memorial Service will be held at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Saturday, September 12 at 11 a.m. Visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 219, Glencoe. Memorial donations may be made to the ALS Canada.
