Bonnie June Campbell of Glencoe, peacefully passed away in her 80th year on Monday, July 6, 2026 at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury. Much loved Daughter to the late Bert and Eileen Wayling and sister to the late Judi (John). Survived by her children, Heather (Ted), Shannon and Kevin (Gail) and her treasured grandchildren Erynne, Nathan, Dawson, Kaden and Colton. Bonnie was a cherished Henry cousin, and will be missed dearly by many nieces and nephews across Canada and treasured her annual summer visits with Patti (Ken). Bonnie had a love of laugher and offered her friendship to all, and will be greatly missed by many friends and neighbours. Bonnie embraced a strong community spirit that had her serve as Director with the Quest Centre Board, and a 30 year tenure with the Quad County Support Services Board. It was rare to enjoy a conversation with Bonnie without feeling her pride for her 15 years with SWM Firefighters. She also volunteered as gate attendant with Southwest Minor Hockey where two of her grandsons played.In keeping with Bonnie’s wishes cremation has taken place. Rev Deb Dolbear-Van Bilsen will officiate a Memorial Service at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Monday, July 13 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service (noon – 1:00 p.m.). Inurnment to follow at the Appin Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Quad County Support Services.
