At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, January 2, 2025, Stanley Hathaway of Ekfrid Twp. passed away in his 83rd year. Survived by his partner Josephine Kamyk, his daughter Margaret-Ann Giberson (Ken), his grandchildren Alex Giberson, Samuel Giberson (Katherine) and Megan Giberson (Ben) and 2 sisters Lois Steen and Sharon Babinsky and sister-in-law Fay Hathaway. Predeceased by his siblings, Marian, Audrey, Eugene, Ray, Leroy and Alvin Hathaway. Memorial service to be held on Tuesday, January 7 at 1:30 p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe with visitation from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Rev Amanda MacMillan officiating. Interment Appin Cemetery at later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
