It is with great sorrow that the family of Ruth Isabel Coulthard announce her passing January 20, 2024 at Parkwood Hospital, London. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Edith (Urquhart) Coulthard, her sisters Irene Carruthers (late Christopher), Margaret McPherson (late Angus) and brother Robert Coulthard (Jeanne). Survived by her nieces and nephews and their families. She celebrated a long full life, enjoyed teaching and reminisced of the funny shenanigans that the children would get into. She was an avid Bridge player, world traveler and enjoyed a glass of wine with friends and family. Following Ruth’s wishes cremation has taken place and she will be laid to rest in Oakland Cemetery, Glencoe at a later date. She has requested that any donations in her memory be made to Operations Smile Canada, a charity she felt was life changing.
