Peacefully at Babcock Community Care Centre , Wardsville on Thursday, September 7th , 2023 Phyllis Munro passed away in her 91st year. Loving wife to Lorne Munro for 67 years. Dear Mother to Janice and Tom McCallum, Susan Sinclair and Steve Schneider and Cheryl and Roy Neves. Cherished Grandma to Matt and Becky, Kimberly and Paul, Adam and Kirissa, Andrew and Reilly, John and Stacey, Scott and Mandy, Jacob, Emily and Brandon. Great-Grandma to Isabelle, Josephine and Elliott. Sister to William and Roxanne, Marvin and Mary Nethercott. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Arnold Nethercott (2020) and sisters Eleanor Wells (2011) and Lois McLean (2022). Relatives and friends will be received at Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. where the Funeral service will be held on Monday , September 11th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Bonnie Rayner officiating. Interment at Kilmartin Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners or Four Counties Health Services Foundation.
