At his residence at R.R. 7 Alvinston, on Thursday, August 30, 2018, Malcolm “Mac” MacRae passed away in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Deanna (2005). Dear father of Janice (Dennis) Phillips, Shawn MacRae (Mary Lynn) and Kristina Henry and grandfather of Michael (Jill) McLean, Danielle McLean, Jackie Phillips, Rachel (Brent) Cornell, Mikayla (Chad) Verberne, Daniel MacRae (Jamy) and Jacob MacRae (Kate), Devin Henry and Dylan Henry. Proud great grandfather of Riley, Taylor, Hutch, Brooke, Huxley, Malcolm and Oaklyn. Brother of the late Norma Seal, Sylvia Carrico (Ron) and Allan MacRae (Linda). Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 3232 River Street, Alvinston on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service 11a.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Guthrie Presbyterian Church, Alvinston. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Rev. Jo-Anne Symington officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
