At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, Joyce Victoria Elizabeth Steele of Glencoe passed away in her 79th year. Dear mother of Shelley Bondy (Tom) and Michelle Whittington (Dave Ferguson) and loving grandmother of Nathan Whittington (Mandie) and great-grandmother of Valerie, Walter and Westin. Sister of Don (Marie) Degraw and Lois (Ken) Rankin and the late Ken (Sandra) Degraw. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Friday evening from 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 8 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at the Oakland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Diabetes Association.
