At Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Thursday, February 12, 2015, with his family at his side, Jack McVicar passed away at the age of 70 years. Beloved husband of Ina Mae. Dear father of Brad (Julie), Shelley (Mike) and Jackie (Enrique). Papa Jack to Emma, Grace, Ryan and Isabel. Brother of Ron (Helen) McVicar and Marg (Bernard) Cox. Also survived by his sister-in-law, Joanne Dobbin as well as several nieces. Jack was a member of the Havelock Masonic Lodge # 238 Watford, the O.H.H.A., Local UA 663, the # 1 Fan of Strathroy Jr. Rockets, Detroit Red Wings and New York Yankees. Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Van Heck Funeral Home, 3232 River Street, Alvinston, where the funeral service will be held on Monday, February 16 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow with interment at Alvinston Cemetery at a later date.
