Edgar Silva

At Strathroy General Hospital on November 3rd, 2020, at 8:50 AM Edgar Jorge Silva passed away courageously fighting for his life from the dreaded disease of cancer. Forever loved by his children, Erica, Ashley, Jake and Paige. His beautiful wife Debbie. His siblings, Manuela, Jorge, Cesar, and Paul. His beautiful granddaughters Tessa, and AllieMae. His many nieces and nephews, all of his in-laws and co-workers.

Dear Dad, Husband, Papa, Super Casmurro, Best Friend, Dude, Hector, Edgar Silva.

Dad is a three-letter word that means so much,

Not only to you but, to all of us.

The one thing he loved most in this world was his kids, and his grandkids.

Next to his beautiful wife of course.

The thing he was most proud of, was his kids.

All he wanted was the best for us, for us to have the best life possible.

And that’s exactly what he did; He was the best dad he could be.

If dad wasn’t watching the Maple Leafs play hockey,

He would be watching Youtube cooking shows.

Working hard at the job he loved the most,

Eating as much cheese as he could,

Or spending time with his family.

He was so much more than just a dad,

He was so much more than just a best friend,

He changed our lives, in any way he could.

And for that, we thank you.

Thank you for leaving us with such amazing memories.

You will be missed.

Much love.
