At Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Monday, November 5, 2018, Tammy Maria Leitch of Sarnia passed away in her 45th year. Survived by her father Kenneth Leitch and her mother Joanne (Mike) Kaminski, 2 brothers, Ron and James Leitch and their families, her sons Daniel, Adam, late Brandon and Joseph as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 3232 River Street, Alvinston on Saturday, November 17, 2018, Pastor John Churchill officiating. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service (10 to 11 a.m.)
