At Jessica’s House Residential Hospice, Exeter on Thursday, October 24, 2019, Doris Jean (Haggitt) McNaughton of Newbury passed away in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her husband Robert (1974), daughter Nancy (1949), son Thomas (2015) and infant brother Murray (1926). Survived by her daughter Deb (David) and daughter-in-law Rena, her grandchildren Rob (Sarah), Jesse, Heather (Dave), Cameron (Aimee) (late Ilana 2016), Colin (Amanda) and Krista (Andy) and great-grandchildren Owen, Kaden, Samuel, Alistair, Luke, Josie and Mason. A family graveside service will be held at the Alvinston Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will held at the Newbury Legion on Friday, November 22 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Four Counties Villa, Four Counties Health Services Foundation or Jessica’s House. The family sincerely thanks the Villa Staff, Karen, Shirley and Nancy for the excellent care over the years.
