It is with heavy hearts that the family of Peggy “Susie” Briere (Young) nee Smith, of Glencoe, said good-bye to their mother and friend, after her sudden passing on December 31, 2013. In her 72nd year, she will be sadly missed by all who loved her. Left to mourn her loss are her children, the late Gary Young (1981), Terry (Jim) Graham, of Sudbury, Micheline (Wayne) of Sudbury and Stefan (Elya) Briere of West Lorne. Peggy was a special Grandma and Nana to Timothy, Jonathan, Nicholas, Aaron, Talia, Ethan, Hailey and Janzen. She will be dearly missed by her many family and friends, especially by Helen Peters and Alana George. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe, on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 1:30pm with visitation for an hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. “Gone, but forever in our hearts. Our newest guardian angel.”
