Peacefully at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy on Saturday, January 13, 2024, Kenneth Clarence Haggith of Glencoe passed away in his 91st year, with family by his side. Predeceased by his wife Shirley (Kellestine) in 2020. Dear father of Joel “Jody” (Jessie) Haggith, Rhonda (Brian) Feddema and April Haggith (Rob). Loved by his grandchildren Amber, Dennis (Cecille), Heather, Ryan (Veronica), Brandon, Nicole (Zach), Spencer (Heidi), Peyton, Kelvin (Alyssa) and Curtis and great-grandchildren Moriah, Tiara, Joelle, Benjamin, Wyatt, Ezekiel, and Quinnlyn. Predeceased by his grandson Tad. Brother-in-law of Rosemary (David) McRae and Donna (Warren) Knight and the late Evelyn (Will) Ready, Albert (Elaine) and Bev Kellestine. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ken is the last of his siblings Alice Shaw, Nora Boughner, Mary Webber, Violet Fiddler, Russell, Albert, Abe, Frank, Bob, Tyrone, Sam, Vincent, Terence, Don, Ray, Harvey, Lloyd , Richard and Leonard Haggith. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2023 at 11 a.m. Rev. Deb Dolbear-Van Bilsen officiating. Interment to follow at Oakland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 219 or Strathmere Lodge Auxiliary
