Suddenly on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, Susan Anne McColl (nee Buttinger) of Ekfrid Twp. passed away at the age of 63 years. Beloved wife of Robert and loving mother of Connor. Dear daughter of Jean and the late Jim Buttinger and sister of Linda (Mike) Lang. Also survived by her mother-in law Viola McColl and sisters-in-law Marg Sweete and Kate (Ray) Dymock as well as several nieces and nephews and her furry companion Chance. Sue will be remembered for her near 40 year career at the West Elgin Pharmacy in West Lorne. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes street, Glencoe on Wednesday, December 27th from 4-8 p.m. where the Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 28th at 11 a.m. Private interment to follow at Covenanted Baptist Church, Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Ivey Eye Institute (St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation).
