In loving memory of Philip Thomas McDonnell who passed away at his residence in Trillium Village, Strathroy on Monday, September 21, 2015 in his 91st year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Elizabeth (2007) and parents Thomas and Janet McDonnell who lived in Glencoe. Loving father of Charles (Nancy) and grandfather to Daniel, Nicole and Erica. Dear brother of Barry and Trudy McDonnell and brother-in-law of Lena Kulchyski, Lorne and Deborah Karlson and Ron and Chris Kulchyski. He will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends. A very special thanks to nurse Becky, “Dr. Phil” and the very attentive VON Palliative Care Team. Relatives and friends will be received at All Saints Catholic Church, 124 Front Street E. Strathroy, for Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in thanksgiving on Friday, September 25th at 11:30 a.m. Fr. John Pirt officiating. Visitation prior to mass beginning at 10 a.m. Cremation with interment at North American Martyrs Cemetery, Wardsville. Memorial donations may be made to London Regional Cancer Program or VON (Palliative Care).
