Suddenly at his home in his favourite chair, Kenneth Mac Douglas of Brooke – Alvinston passed away in his 78th year. Survived by his devoted wife Mary Ethel (nee Searson) of 53 years. Dear father of Laura (Frank) Ingratta and Les (Sue) Douglas. Beloved grandfather to Luke, Marissa, Sarah, and Michael. Also survived by his sister Amelia Simms and brother-in-law Don Gallaway. Predeceased by his parents Mac and Vera Douglas, sister Bonnie Gallaway and brother John Douglas. Ken enjoyed his days working at CIL, living on the farm and spending winters in Texas. A private graveside service will take place at St. James Cemetery, Watford. Memorial donations may be made to Municipality of Brooke-Alvinston (Raise The Roost) or charity of your choice.
