Jonathon Paul Downs of Glencoe passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the age of 45 years. Devoted and loving father to Brooklyn Downs. Much loved youngest son of Paul and Carla Downs of Glencoe. Jonathon was loved by five siblings, Dean and Angela Gough and family of Glencoe, Tara and Victor Lopes and family of West Lorne, Paula Downs and Nick Baker and Scarlett of Lambeth, Jennifer and Corey McKeown and family of Calgary, and Michael Downs and family of Ottawa. He is lovingly remembered by his uncles and aunts, Pam and Jack Symons of Edmonton, David and Rosemary McRae, Edmund and Kandra McRae of Glencoe, and their families, and Louise Downs (Robert) of Wiarton, and the extended Downs Family of Hepworth, Wiarton and Sauble Beach. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe. A private family funeral will be held on Monday. Interment will follow at the Oakland Cemetery, Glencoe. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association – CMHA Thames Valley Addiction & Mental Health Services / Middlesex Branch or Four Counties Health Services Foundation.
