Peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London on July 5th, 2024, Jeffrey MacLeod passed away in his 57th year. Loving partner to Wendy DeGraw. Devoted dad to Christofer (Krystal) MacLeod and Stefanie MacLeod. Jeff will be missed by his step-father Raymond Young, siblings and extended family. Jeff cherished his fur babies; the late Metu, Maxx and Smudge. Pre deceased by his parents Hugh (Sue) MacLeod and Shirley Young. A funeral will be held at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Wednesday, July 10 at 2 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior. Rev Amanda MacMillan officiating. Interment at the Longwoods Cemetery, Melbourne and a reception to follow at the Melbourne Legion Br. 510. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Hospice of London.
