At Victoria Hospital LHSC, on Sunday, May 5, 2019, Jeffery Charles Dowling of Newbury passed away in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Patricia Dowling. He is survived by his “Little Brother” Michael Hathaway, his sister Robin Milani and his 3 nieces Glori, Debbie and Lee. In keeping with Jeff’s wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to the Human Society, London Health Sciences Foundation or Canadian Red Cross.
